How it all works

1. Sign up for free and create a scrapbook for your child or your team.
2. Add pages as the season goes: match reports, Player of the Match, cup runs, photos, videos and more.
3. When the season’s done, choose your binding, paper and how many copies, and see your price instantly.
4. Pay securely, and we print, bind and deliver your book.

No. Building is completely free and you can take all season over it. You only pay when you order a printed book.

Not at all. Everything saves automatically as you type (look for “✓ Saved automatically” at the top of the editor). Log out, come back after next Sunday’s match and carry on where you left off, on your phone or computer.

Yes, as many as you like: one for each child, a team book, one per season. They’re all listed under My scrapbooks.

Either. Make it all about your child, or build one book for the whole squad with the club logo on the cover and order a copy for every player. See Team books below.

There are 14 page types, each made for cricket:

• Dedication: an inside-cover message for the player
• Match report: fixture, scores, top batters and bowlers, photos and the coach's view
• Player of the Match: a big photo and why they earned it
• Cup run: every round on the road to the final
• League table: where you finished, with your team highlighted
• Meet the Player: a player profile: favourites, best moment, ambitions
• Team & squad: team photo and the squad list
• Autographs: boxes for teammates and coaches to sign
• Poster page: one big photo with a bold headline, like a matchday poster
• Video highlight: a full page for one video: big still, big QR code
• Photo page: up to six photos in your choice of layout
• Special moment: tell the story of a moment, a tournament or a milestone
• Milestones: a timeline of firsts and big moments
• Season summary: results, stats, awards and a closing message

Click “+ Add page” in the editor to choose one. You can add as many of each as you like.

Click 🎨 Design in the editor. Choices there apply to every page:

• Style: Classic, Bold, Retro Programme, Minimal. Each one changes the fonts, headers and layout feel.
• Photo style: framed (like real prints), clean, or rounded corners.
• Club logo on every page: shows your badge in each page header (add the logo on the cover first).

Set your team’s colours with the two colour boxes at the top of the editor. The whole book updates instantly, so try a few.

The cover is the first page in your list. Choose a Cover style:

• Big photo: a full-page photo with the name across it.
• Team colours + club logo: no photo needed, perfect for team books.

The player or team name is the big text. It automatically gets smaller for longer names so it always fits. The title (e.g. “My Cricket Season”) and extra line are optional. You can also pick the Logo size, from Small to Extra large.

Yes. Drag pages in the list on the left, or use the ↑ ↓ arrows above the page. “Duplicate” copies a page (great for match reports: copy last week’s and just change the details), and “Delete” removes it.

Fun stamps like “Goal!”, “Hat-trick”, “Clean sheet” and “Player of the Match”. Add up to 3 to a page and choose which corner they sit in. They aren’t available on the Team & squad and Autographs pages, which fill the whole page.

Grey text is a hint showing what goes there. It’s never printed. Anything you leave empty is simply left out of the printed book, so you don’t have to fill in every box.

Click “Preview book” to flick through every page exactly as it will print. Before you pay, the order page also warns you about any pages that are still empty.

• Whole photo (the default) shows your entire photo, nothing cut off. The frame fits the photo’s shape.
• Fill & crop fills the whole space, trimming the edges. You choose exactly which part shows (see below).

Set the photo to “Fill & crop”, then drag the photo in the preview box to move it up, down, left or right. Use the Zoom slider to get closer, for example to fill the page with your child rather than the whole pitch. “Reset” puts it back to the middle.

The original photo straight from your phone or camera. Photos saved from WhatsApp or social media are often shrunk and can look blurry in print. If a photo is too small to print sharply, we show a ⚠️ low resolution warning under it so you can swap it before ordering.

In the Club logo box, click “Remove background” to clear it automatically. If that doesn’t work well, click “Ask Footy Fits to do it” and we’ll prepare a clean version for you by hand. It appears in your book as soon as it’s ready.

Yes, as long as you have their permission. Only use photos you’ve taken or been given permission to use, including of other children in the team.

Each video you add is printed on the page as a QR code. Point any phone camera at it and the video plays: the six, the catch, the presentation, all over again. No app is needed.

A Photo Scrapbook has everything except videos. An Interactive Scrapbook adds video highlights for £5, charged once per scrapbook (not per copy), with 10 minutes of video included.

Yes, any time, and nothing in your book changes. Click the 📘 Photo button at the top of the editor, or “Add a video highlight” on any page. You can switch back to Photo too, once you’ve deleted any videos (we never delete them for you).

Your 10 minutes are shared across the whole book, used however you like: twenty 30-second sixes, a few longer highlights, or a mix. Each clip can be up to 2 minutes. The meter under every video box shows how much you’ve used, and deleting a video gives its time back.

Yes. When you add a video, choose where the clip starts and how long it runs, so you keep only the moment that matters. Shorter clips make your minutes go further. Your video is prepared in your browser, which takes about as long as the clip, so keep the tab open until it’s done.

Add 5 more minutes for £5 with the “+5 min” button under any video box (up to 12 extra blocks). It’s added once to your order, not per copy. You can take unused time off again before you order.

Your videos stay online so the codes keep playing for years to come. Every copy you order plays the same videos, so the whole squad and the grandparents can watch too.

Anyone who scans the QR code or has its link. Videos aren’t listed or searchable on our site, but please only add clips you’re happy to share that way, and get permission from the parents of any other children in them.

Create one scrapbook for the team, use the “Team colours + club logo” cover, and add a Team & squad page with everyone’s names (and small headshots if you like). When you order, choose how many copies you need: one for every player and coach.

Yes. The price per book drops as the number of copies goes up, in bands of 1, 2–7, 8–10, 11–14, 15+ copies. The order page shows the saving as you change the quantity. For more than 100 copies, email info@footyfits.co.uk.

A scrapbook belongs to one account, so it’s best for one person (often the coach or a team parent) to build it, with other parents sending them photos, videos and match notes.

Yes. Open the book’s order page any time after ordering to buy extra copies. The Interactive upgrade and any extra video time aren’t charged again.

• Staple Bound (Best value): stapled spine, lightweight and great value. 8–48 pages.
• Premium Softback (Best seller · Recommended): perfect bound with a flat printed spine, like a real book. 24–200 pages.
• Wiro Bound: wire binding with soft covers that opens completely flat. 8–200 pages.
• Hardback (Luxury upgrade): wiro bound with rigid hard covers: opens flat, built to last. 24–200 pages.

The binding you choose sets the price per book, which includes up to 32 pages. Longer books add a small amount per extra page, depending on your paper (Standard 150gsm or Premium 200gsm). Then multiply by your copies, add the Interactive upgrade if you have videos, and UK delivery (£4.95 per order). You see the full breakdown before you pay.

Some bindings need the page count to be a multiple of 2 or 4, and each has a minimum. If needed, we add neat “Notes” pages at the end. The order page tells you how many, so you can add more pages of your own instead.

We lock the book while you pay so it can’t change between your price and your order. If you leave checkout, click “Unlock and keep editing” on the order page. Once ordered, the book stays locked so what we print matches what you paid for.

By card through Stripe’s secure checkout, with Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. We never see or store your card details.

Your book usually arrives within 7–10 working days of payment. That includes printing, binding and delivery to your door. We’ll email you when it’s on its way.

Every book is A4 (210 × 297mm), printed in full colour at high resolution with photos edge to edge. Choose Standard 150gsm or thicker Premium 200gsm pages.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Because every book is personalised and made to order, you can cancel for a full refund until it has gone to print. Email info@footyfits.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Please check every page before ordering, as we can’t change it once printing has started. See our terms.

Email info@footyfits.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free reprint or a full refund.

Only you, plus our small team when we need to help you or print your order. Your photos are stored privately. The only things anyone else can see are the videos behind your QR codes. Read our privacy policy.
